Community Rules

Compete, preserve, and connect without making the community unsafe. These rules apply to Impulsum accounts, friendships, servers, launcher activity, and official Discord spaces.

Respect people

• No harassment, credible threats, hate speech, stalking, sexual exploitation, grooming, coercion, or encouragement of self-harm.
• No sharing or threatening to share another person’s private information, intimate material, credentials, location, or identifying records.
• No impersonation, fraud, scams, phishing, spam, malicious links, or attempts to steal or trade accounts.
• Do not contact someone who blocked you through another account, proxy, alternate identity, or outside channel.
• Do not target minors, vulnerable people, moderators, contributors, or other users for retaliation.

Protect the game and Service

• No cheats, bots, malicious tools, denial-of-service activity, vulnerability exploitation, access-control bypass, unauthorized automation, or interference with monitoring.
• No distribution, solicitation, or linking to copyrighted game files or content you lack permission to share.
• No modified Impulsum launchers, malware, credential collectors, deceptive mirrors, or false claims of official affiliation.
• No sale, transfer, boosting, manipulation, or real-money trading of accounts, access, progress, virtual currency, or in-service items unless Impulsum expressly authorizes it.
• Security research requires prior authorization. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately through the official support channel and do not exploit or publicly disclose them before remediation.

Report an issue

Submit security concerns, harmful conduct, suspected illegal content, compromised accounts, and enforcement appeals through the Open Impulsum Discord

Use the designated support or reporting channel and include only what moderators need: your username, the other account’s username, approximate time, relevant message links, and a concise description. Do not post passwords, authentication tokens, secret keys, government IDs, home addresses, or intimate material in a public channel. If immediate physical danger exists, contact local emergency services. Discord reports do not replace reports to law enforcement or an appropriate platform where legally required.

Evidence and privacy

Do not fabricate, edit deceptively, or publicly circulate evidence. Moderators may request additional context and may preserve relevant account, relationship, security, and moderation records where reasonably necessary. Reports are handled on a need-to-know basis, but confidentiality cannot be guaranteed where disclosure is required for safety, investigation, service providers, or law.

Controls and enforcement

Use the account dashboard to remove or block players. Depending on severity, context, history, and available evidence, moderators may issue guidance or warnings; remove content; restrict social or download features; reset identifiers; preserve evidence; suspend accounts; or permanently ban access. Severe conduct may result in immediate action without prior warning. Attempts to evade enforcement may extend restrictions to related accounts.

Appeals and reporting abuse

If you believe an action was mistaken, submit one good-faith appeal in the Impulsum Discord with your username and relevant context. Repeated, abusive, knowingly false, retaliatory, or spam reports may themselves result in enforcement. Impulsum does not guarantee a particular outcome, response time, restoration, or explanation where disclosure would compromise another person’s privacy, security, or an investigation.

Safety limitations

Community tools and moderation reduce risk but cannot identify, prevent, or resolve every harmful act. Users remain responsible for their interactions, security decisions, and compliance with law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, moderation decisions and failures to detect user misconduct are subject to the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations in the Terms of Service. Nothing here limits liability or rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
